Kat Von D plans to ink her way into the record books. Kat’s plan is to tattoo 400 people with only spending 2-3 minutes on each tattoo. The only tattoo available is small LA letters placed anywhere on your body. You have to show a valid photo I.D. proving you are 18+ and have $20 to cover the cost of the tattoo.
True, with only 2-3 minutes you only get a little bit of face time with the LA Ink star, but having Kat Von D tattoo the letters LA on your ankle, wrist, cheek of your butt, where ever you decide, would be pretty neat.
